Here at Utopia Aquatic we believe in transparency. For the 2011 season we have faced issues with supply shortages from wholesalers which has led to longer than expected shipping times. As a retailer — we cannot control when plants will be available from our suppliers but we do have the ability to improve communication with our clients. Here is how we have invested in communication:

• Traditional email has been replaced by a dedicated support desk. Whether you email, use the support tab, or send a message via our contact page — it all flows into one interface. This allow us to be more organized and as a result we have doubled our response times to all support tickets.
• Extended our communication channels to Twitter, Facebook, and Flickr.
