- What shipping methods are available?
Orders over $50 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for FREE! - When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Shipping is done on Wednesdays. You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number when your order is shipped.
If no one will be able to accept the package, please provide an alternative address such as a work address. - Is there a cutoff time for orders?
The cutoff time occurs at the end of each week. Orders received by this time will be shipped out on the upcoming Wednesday. Orders received after this time will be shipped out the Wednesday of the following week. - How can I track my order?
Shortly after shipping your order, we’ll send you an email with a link to tracking information. - How are the items packaged?
Your items are packaged securely to prevent damage. We use recyclable materials too!

International Shipping
Shipping abroad (exporting) is a detailed & controlled process. Your items will be packaged securely, will be guaranteed to be true-to-name, and will arrive bare-root. There are additional requirements that must be met in order for a shipment to arrive successfully: phytosanitary inspection and shipment via USPS Express Mail International.
- What is a phytosanitary inspection?
All shipments require a unique certificate of phytosanitary inspection. This is to ensure that plants are free of pests & diseases. The cost for this is $75.
Note: some countries may require plants undergo specific chemical treatments. - What is USPS Express Mail International?
USPS Express Mail International is the most economical service for worldwide delivery. This service is also known as EMS. Delivery time takes about 7 days. The cost of this service begins at about $50. Please consider the costs associated (box, packing supplies, ice pack, + the piece of mind that your plants will arrive within a week).Orders over $500 are shipped via USPS Express Mail International for FREE!
- What is is the minimum order amount?

Shipping is done immediately after the phytosanitary inspection.
