How do I place an order?
Visit our store. There you can browse all the awesome products in our store. To add an item to your cart, simply click “Add to cart.” You may add one item to your cart or multiple items. Whenever you are ready, you can quickly checkout in minutes via PayPal or Google Checkout. We also offer an option for Amazon Payments.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do! However, there are some requirements. Please view our Shipping Policies page and our Secure Ordering page. We then invite you to contact us for an estimate.

How do you accept payment?
We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, and Amazon Payments. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (your statement will show ‘ENZO12 LLC’.) We do not accept money orders, personal checks, or cash.

Such and such offers lower prices than your company. Will you match them?

What kind of plants can I expect to receive?
Your plants will be true-to-name and will arrive bare-root (free of soil / substrate on roots).

Do you special order?
We can special order any tropical water lilies that are available from our premier wholesalers: Luster Aquatic Nursery, Florida Aquatic Nurseries, and Maryland Aquatic Nurseries.
