How do I place an order?

Visit our store. Here you will see our entire stock of plants. You may browse our store and add items to your cart. Then at any time, you may checkout! We have a page dedicated to how to use our cart.
Our checkout is unique in that we do not ask for any financial information. After completing checkout, your name, email, payment method, shipping method, and order information is sent to us. We will then review your order and send an invoice through your selected payment method (Google Checkout, PayPal, Amazon Payments). After the invoice is paid, we then receive your shipping information and your order can be processed!


Do you accept international orders?

Yes, however there are some requirements. Please view our Shipping Policies page and our Secure Ordering page.


How do you accept payment?

We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These are processed via PayPal--though you do not need an account with PayPal to submit a payment. If a major credit card is used with Google Checkout, PayPal, Amazon Payments, it will show 'Utopia Aquatic' on your statement. We do not accept money orders, personal checks, or cash.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?

We guarantee live arrival. We also guarantee that you will receive the items that you order. We always ship out healthy plants. If your package has any perished plants, please contact us immediately. Do not toss the plant as we may require photo verification. Upon confirmation of the loss, we will provide a refund for the cost of that plant(s).


We do not guarantee that you will be successful in growing these plants as your environmental conditions are different than ours.

What kind of plants can I expect to receive?

Your plants are guaranteed to be true-to-name and will arrive bare-root. They will have a healthy set of roots and the size of the foliage averages a larger than a DVD disc. Every effort is made to send a blooming plant--however this is not always possible.


Where can I find information about your shipping policies?


I live locally. Can I pick up my order?

We apologize about the inconvenience but at this time we operate via online store only.


Do you special order?

We can special order any tropical water lilies that are available from our wholesalers: Luster Aquatic Nursery and Florida Aquatic Nurseries.
